In the heart of the Park, the Center of Education and Studies of the Environment: Centre d'Etudes et de la Pedagogie à l'Environment CEPE)will welcome you in a former hunting lodge with very fine architecture, the Pavilion St. - Charles.
This property, which is own by the town of Troyes is managed by the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park; we offer you activities to discover the natural heritage which last a day or longer.
Specialised activity leaders guide the outings and cover on different subjects, using methods adapted to all types of audiences.

 

 

     

It is with great pleasure that we will help you discover the natural wealths of our territory: fauna, wetlands, forest, ornithology, orchards, landscapes...

During your stay, a dining room, a meeting room , a laboratory, a library, as well as teaching and scientific equipment are available for your use. The natural history of the surroundings will please both budding naturalists and experts.
     

The CEPE in a few words...

- a permanent team of 6 nature activity leaders
- natural history activity programmes for school children and the general public
- a partnership with the Federation des Oeuvres Laïques in the Aube
- a dining room with a capacity of 35 people
- a work and meeting room
- a laboratory
- teaching and scientific equipment
- approved by the Ministry of Education (class room for 30 pupils)
-an accomodation center in Mesnil-St-Père with 60 lits (Centre Yvonne Martinot ), welcomes schools and holiday camps and organise activities related to nature.
