Weekend Ornithology for Beginners

| During
a weekend in autumn or winter, come and discover the many
birds that stay on the large lakes of the Foret d'Orient
Regional Nature Park in the company of an ornithological
guide from the League for the Protection Birds
Champagne - Ardennes or the Park. |

THE
PROGRAMME
|
|
Saturday
1.30 : Meet
at the Maison du Parc.
1.30 - 4.30 : Outing with an ornithological guide
to discover the migratory and over wintering birds of
Lac Amance.
4.30 - 6.30 : Settling in at your
accommodation, in a hotel, bed and breakfast, holiday
village or accommodation for groups, according to the
chosen option.
6.30 - 8.00 : Projection of a multimedia display
on the birds and mammals of the Forêt d'Orient Regional
Nature Park.
8.00 - 9.30 : Meal in a restaurant. The guide
will pass the evening with you so as to answer your
questions on the natural and ornithological wealth of
the Champagne wetlands.

Sunday
9.30-12.30 : Outing with a guide to
discovery the birds on the Lac d'Orient or the Lac du
Temple.
Afternoon : free
Suggestions for activities : Go by bicycle and
discover the lakes and forests independently, visit the
Maison du Parc or the Animal Park, Discover the hiking
trails, or the themed trails.
