was first opened in Dolancourt in 1990. Then, the
first real " Small market " took advantage of the inauguration
of the restored market hall in Lesmont in 1993,
to present its new look: that, with time, was going to
refine itself, to measure its possibilities, its potential
for success, the objective being to create a distinct
association, a branch " of the Friends of the Park,. The
Small Natural Products Market of the Forêt d'Orient
took the mission of promoting natural products
, cultivated, raised or made, for the most part, in the
territory of the Park, and to offer for sale throughout
the year at gatherings where connoisseurs were invited.

Almost
every weekend, you can find in different places about
thirty breeders, producers and craftsmen
that enliven with their Small Natural Products Market
, the life of the villages of the Park or, more from
time to time, the surrounding villages and towns who
ask the association if they can discover local produce.
Placed under the aegis of the Friends of the Park,
the Small Natural Products Market will also welcome
you the 3rd Wednesday of every month in Troyes,
in the Boulevard Jules Guesde .
