    The charter laid down constraints freely accepted by its signatories, they engaged to respect them for 10 years.
The legislator specifies that the planning documents of the communes of the Park must be compatible with the charter, the urban development plan and the sector development plan.
For the protection of the environment, the parks rely on the standard regulations, without forgetting the laws on advertising or those on motorized vehicles.
