The
fish breeding population

| The
three lakes of the Forêt d'Orient offer possibilities
for exceptional fishing thanks to a rigorous management
of the pisicultural fauna . This is demonstrated by a
pike of 39 pounds " captured " in 1993. Pike, perch
and carp are the most sought-after. However, the lakes
are rich in stocks of roach, tench, perch,
trout, sander,and carp |

fishing for carp, has become a remarkable sucess, attracting
every year many foreign visitors, mainly the English and
the Dutch. It is regulated on the three lakes by routes
indicated on the back of the fishing permits. |

the annual permit, there are, 4 fishing permits

consecutive days between June 1st and September

three lakes are classified as free water in a private
domain of the second category, with an internal
