or families, alone or guided,
by bicycle or by foot.

Guided or themed hikes are often organised by the Park's team, "l'Association des Amis du Parc" (members), the National Forest Office, the League of Teaching and the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO).

Two long distance footpaths cross the territory of the
Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park
- the Tour of the Lakes (48,5 km) described in
the guidebook " Randonnées dans le Parc" on sale at
the Maison du Parc
- the circuit of the Two Bars (105 km of which
34 km in the Park) described in the FFRP guidebook "
GR de Pays,Les Côteaux Champagne Aubois ".
