Situated in the
middle of the forest, this C16th house formerly in Troyes,
is a special welcome place for visitors.
A permanent exhibition presents the territory of the
Park and the actions undertaken.
Various temporary exhibitions on the natural and cultural
heritage.
Open all year round, entry free :
- weekdays from 9 to 12 and 2 to 6
- weekends 9.30 to 12.30 and 2.30 to 5.30 (in summer
until 6.30)

Forêt
d'Orient Animal Park
|
|
Situated on a 89 ha peninsula by the Lac d'Orient,
between Mensil St. - Père and the Maison du Park, an
adapted space allows you to discover the mammals populating
the neighbouring forest massifs. With a little patience
and a little silence, discover, from two observatories
on the borders of woods, deer, roebucks and boars living
in semi - liberty in their natural habitat. The animals
let themselves be observed more easily at the end of
day. Thus, the hours of opening depend on to the
setting of the sun.
